Refund Policy

At Red Dog Maintenance Co LLC, we want every customer to be satisfied with our work. This Refund Policy outlines how we handle cancellations, refunds, and billing corrections.

Service Refunds and Cancellations

  • Services canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a full refund or reschedule.

  • If a service has already been completed, refunds are generally not available, but we will work with you to address any concerns.

  • Refunds for billing errors or duplicate charges must be requested within 7 days of the transaction.

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.

  • Any unused prepaid services will be credited to your account or refunded upon request.

  • Refunds are not issued for services already performed.
